Withdrawal Form
Use this form to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
The Norwegian version of this form is the operative text. In the event of any discrepancy, the Norwegian version prevails.

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us: Noveo AS of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the withdrawal form in Part B below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Shipping is included in the price on all orders within Norway. You have therefore paid no separate delivery charge, and the full purchase price is reimbursed. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods to: Noveo AS Postboks 2, 7619 Skogn, Norway without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Additional information on sealed goods The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery, under section 22(g) of the Right of Withdrawal Act. CYASEA Pure Marine Collagen is supplied with a protective hygiene seal: a foil attached to the rim of the jar beneath the lid, which is visibly destroyed on first opening. The right of withdrawal applies as long as this seal is unbroken. Opening the shipping packaging is not in itself sufficient for the right of withdrawal to lapse. The exception does not apply where the goods are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered. Such cases are handled as complaints. |
