1. Who we are

This website is operated by Noveo AS, a company registered in Norway. Throughout these terms, "CYASEA," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Noveo AS.

Our store is built on Shopify. By visiting the site and purchasing from it, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

CYASEA sells pure marine collagen supplements. All products are food supplements — not medicines — and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Products are described accurately. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is included in the product price. There are no additional costs at checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We do not store card details.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order — due to stock, payment failure, or error — we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund where payment has been taken.

Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are packed and shipped. Once dispatched, the order is final. Contact hello@cyasea.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

5. Shipping and delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from Norway. Delivery within Norway and the EU typically takes 2–7 business days. A tracking link is sent by email when your order ships.

For orders outside the EU, local customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns and refunds

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact hello@cyasea.com before sending anything back.

Opened products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at hello@cyasea.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Your consumer rights

If you are located in the EEA or UK, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or equivalent national legislation.

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened. To exercise this right, contact hello@cyasea.com within the withdrawal period.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the CYASEA wordmark, the coral mark, photography, copy, and design — is the property of Noveo AS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, nutritional information, and pricing are accurate. If an error is identified, we will correct it promptly and notify affected customers where relevant.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CYASEA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you agree to that policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
