1. Who we are
This website is operated by Noveo AS, a company registered in Norway. Throughout these terms, "CYASEA", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Noveo AS.

Our store is built on Shopify. By purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Our products
CYASEA sells pure marine collagen. All products are food supplements, not medicines.
Food supplements should not replace a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of children.
Products are described accurately. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include Norwegian VAT (MVA). Shipping is included in the product price. There are no additional costs at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We do not store card details.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, whether due to stock, payment failure, or error, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund where payment has been taken.
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are packed and shipped. Contact hello@cyasea.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be modified, but you may still withdraw from the purchase under your 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. Shipping and delivery
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from Norway. Delivery within Norway typically takes 2-7 business days. A tracking link is sent by email when your order ships.
We currently ship within Norway only.

6. Returns and refunds
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian consumer law, counted from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason. We cover the cost of the return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where the product's protective hygiene seal has been broken after delivery, under section 22(g) of the Right of Withdrawal Act. This exception does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact hello@cyasea.com. We will send a replacement or refund the purchase, and we cover any return costs.

7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory rights under Norwegian consumer law, including the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven).
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, subject to the sealed-goods exception set out in our Refund Policy. To exercise this right, use the withdrawal form at cyasea.com/pages/withdrawal-form or contact hello@cyasea.com within the withdrawal period.
Separately from the right of withdrawal, you may complain of a defect for up to two years after delivery under the Consumer Purchases Act.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the CYASEA wordmark, the coral mark, photography, copy, and design, is the property of Noveo AS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
9. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, nutritional information, and pricing are accurate. If an error is identified, we will correct it promptly and notify affected customers where relevant.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CYASEA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
If we are unable to reach agreement, you may bring the matter before the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. The terms in force at the time of your order are the terms that apply to that order.
