Shipping policy

When will my order ship? All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel is on its way.

How long does delivery take? Within Norway, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days.

Do you offer tracking? Yes. A tracking link arrives by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship from? All orders ship directly from Norway.

Where do you ship to? Currently within Norway. International shipping is planned.

What does shipping cost? Shipping is included in the product price. No additional costs at checkout.

Who delivers my order? Orders are sent with Posten. You will be notified when your parcel is ready for collection at your nearest pickup point.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact hello@cyasea.com as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are packed and shipped. Once dispatched they cannot be modified, but you can still withdraw from the purchase under the 14-day right of withdrawal.

What is your return policy? You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian consumer law, counted from the day you receive your order. We cover the cost of the return. Contact hello@cyasea.com to arrange it.
