Shipping policy

When will my order ship? All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel is on its way.

How long does delivery take? Within Norway and the EU, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. International delivery may take longer depending on location and local carriers.

Do you offer tracking? Yes. A tracking link arrives by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship from? All orders ship directly from Norway.

Where do you ship to? Currently within Europe. International shipping is expanding — check back or sign up to News & Notes for updates.

What does shipping cost? Nothing. Shipping is included in the product price. No additional costs at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@cyasea.com. Once an order has been packed or shipped it can no longer be modified.

What is your return policy? Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact hello@cyasea.com to arrange it before sending anything back.

Opened products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at hello@cyasea.com. We will make it right.

Do customs or import fees apply? For orders outside the EU, local customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We will always provide the documentation needed to clear customs smoothly.
