Our policy

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact hello@cyasea.com to arrange it before sending anything back.

Opened products cannot be returned.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cyasea.com. Include your order number and a brief description — a photo helps if something is damaged.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are packed and shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
