CYASEA — Terms of Service
These Terms apply to your use of cyasea.com and to any purchase you make from us. We've written them to be readable. Where Norwegian consumer law gives you stronger rights than these Terms, those rights apply.

By using cyasea.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy. Where they conflict, the more specific document applies to its subject.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are. When you place an order, the information you give us has to be accurate.
3. The product, plainly
CYASEA sells food supplements. Our supplements are not medicines. They are intended to support a varied diet, not replace one, and not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement — including ours. Our product contains marine collagen sourced from fish; do not take it if you have a fish allergy.
Information on the site — including blog posts, the Results page, and product descriptions — is for general information. It isn't medical advice. Where we cite clinical research, we cite the source; the citation is not a personal recommendation for you.
4. Orders, prices, and payment
How an order works
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation email — not when you receive the order confirmation. Until shipping confirmation, we may decline the order.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
- a product is unavailable or mispriced;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use;
- the order breaches these Terms.
If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Prices and VAT
Prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include Norwegian VAT (MVA) where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout before payment.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you completed your order.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through approved third-party providers (currently mobile payment, credit and debit cards, Vipps, Klarna]). Card data is handled by those providers; we don't store full card numbers.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within Norway only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from Trøndelag. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your address. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full details — carrier, tracking, what to do if a parcel is delayed — are in our Shipping Policy.
We expect to open EU/EEA shipping later. When we do, these Terms will be updated to reflect it.
6. Right of withdrawal (angrerett)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your angrerett under the Norwegian Angrerettloven.
How to use your right of withdrawal
- Tell us in writing at hello@cyasea.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You can use the standard angrerettskjema or simply email us — a clear statement is enough.
- Send the product back within 14 days of telling us. You pay return shipping unless the product arrived faulty.
- We'll refund the full amount you paid — including standard outbound shipping — within 14 days of either receiving the returned goods or you proving they've been sent, whichever is earlier.
One important exception (the sealed-goods rule)
Under Angrerettloven §22 bokstav e, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene once the seal has been broken.
In plain terms: if the seal on the jar is intact, you can return it. If you've opened the jar, we can't accept it back — for the same hygiene reason any pharmacy can't.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, this exception doesn't apply. See section 7.
7. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong
Email us at hello@cyasea.com within a reasonable time of noticing the issue (we'd appreciate within 7 days; the Forbrukerkjøpsloven gives you longer).
Include your order number and a photo if possible.
We'll either replace the product or refund you in full, including shipping both ways. Your statutory rights under the Forbrukerkjøpsloven (Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act) and the Produktansvarsloven (Product Liability Act) are unaffected by anything in these Terms.
8. Privacy
We collect only the personal data we need to fulfil orders, provide customer service, and run the site lawfully.
We don't sell or rent your data. Where third parties process data on our behalf — payment providers, shipping carriers, our email and analytics tools — they do so under data-processing agreements that meet GDPR.

9. Intellectual property
The CYASEA name, wordmark, coral mark, copy, photography, and site design are owned by Noveo AS or its licensors.
You're welcome to share, link to, and quote from the site for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes — including AI training, scraping, or republication — without prior written permission. Email hello@cyasea.com for licensing.
10. Acceptable use
When using cyasea.com, please don't:
- attempt to disrupt the site or its security;
- use automated systems to scrape, copy, or harvest content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site for any of the above.
11. Liability
We accept liability for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or by our negligence.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Norwegian law — this includes, in particular, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for fraud, and for any rights that cannot be excluded under the Forbrukerkjøpsloven (Consumer Purchase Act) or the Produktansvarsloven (Product Liability Act).
Subject to the above, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, loss of profit, business, or opportunity — or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen when you placed your order.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified on the site. The Terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.
If we can't resolve a dispute directly, you have the following options:
- Forbrukertilsynet (Norwegian Consumer Authority) — forbrukertilsynet.no
- Forbrukerrådet (Norwegian Consumer Council) — forbrukerradet.no
- Forbrukerklageutvalget (Consumer Disputes Commission) — for binding decisions on consumer disputes that the Forbrukerrådet has been unable to resolve.
If a dispute reaches court, the venue is the Norwegian courts, with Trøndelag tingrett as the agreed first instance — subject to your statutory right as a consumer to bring proceedings at the court nearest your residence.
